Questions parents ask about this

Can kids change their own PIN?
No. PINs are set and reset from the parent dashboard only. Your kid can't rotate their PIN to lock a sibling out, and an older sibling can't guess-and-change their way into a younger kid's account.
What if my kid forgets their PIN?
You reset it from the dashboard in two taps. The old PIN is immediately revoked. No email recovery loops, no "contact support", you own the keys.
How many profiles can I create?
As many as you have kids. We don't cap profiles per family. Each one gets its own libraries, limits, history, and safety settings.
Does each profile get its own watch history?
Yes. Every play, pause, search, and session is attributed to the specific profile that made it. You see your 6-year-old's day separately from your 10-year-old's.
Can grandparents or a babysitter use the tablet without my main setup?
Issue a temporary profile PIN from your phone before they arrive. When the visit is over, revoke it. No permanent account, no access to your dashboard, no risk to the rest of the household.
