By accessing or using Watchly ("Service"), operated by Watchly Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Quebec, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including parents, guardians, and any authorized users of family accounts.

Watchly is a parental control platform that allows parents and guardians to curate YouTube video content for their children. The Service provides tools for parents to select, organize, and manage YouTube videos in custom libraries that children can access through supervised profiles.
IMPORTANT: Watchly is NOT a content producer. We do not create, produce, upload, or host any video content. All videos accessible through our Service are sourced from YouTube via the YouTube Data API. We are solely a curation and management tool that helps parents control which YouTube videos their children can access.
WATCHLY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY VIDEOS ADDED TO A CHILD'S LIBRARY. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and approving all content before adding it to their children's libraries. We do not review, endorse, approve, or guarantee the appropriateness, accuracy, safety, or quality of any YouTube content.

LEGAL WARRANTIES: Under Quebec law, the Service is provided with the legal warranties set out in the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Quebec, which cannot be excluded. However, to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec:
